How to contact us

  • Chat: Our AI assistant, Fin, is available 24/7 to assist you. Need human support? Simply request it during the chat! Click the chat button in the lower-right corner of the platform to get started. If you request human support, our team will get back to you during office hours.

Note: We don’t offer phone or video support at this time.

Support languages

  • Bot support: Available in multiple languages, including:
    Arabic, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
